Arms of Love - Home for Children, A.P. INDIA

In 2004, Solomon Raj and his wife Prameela began to take orphans into their home.  There are so many thousands of orphans and abandoned children in India that it was hard to choose whom to take first.  We decided to ask Solomon to look for a home to rent for the children.  He did find one and we have been renting ever since.  We now have 6 boys and 5 girls.  Each of these children has a sponsor in the US.  For only $25 a month, you can give an orphan a chance at life.  Email us if you would like more information. 

Just earlier this year we received a grant for $6000.00 to begin building an orphanage.  Between this grant and donations given to the project, we have raised over $10,000.00.  So far we have purchased land, built an 8 foot wall around the property for protection, and built a large storage shed/watchman's quarters.  An American dollar is approximately 40 rupees.  The dollar is very strong in India, so we can do an enormous amount of work with very little money.  We still need more to finish this project.  The Lord is bringing it in and we are trusting Him for it.  We will begin taking tax-deductible on-line donations in November.  Until then if you are interested in helping, please email us or use the PO Box listed below.  100% of any donation made is put toward the project.  Most of the profits made on AndyBooks.com go toward this project as well, so placing an order with us also helps build "Arms of Love."
